Kiddie Yoga
Introducing yoga to children helps establish healthy habits at an early age. Yoga can enhance your child's strength, coordination and flexibility, while encouraging body awareness, and self esteem. It can reduce your chid's anxiety, stress and also promote a sense of calmness.
MENU
Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided. All meals are healthy, organic and delicious. Menus are provided to parents on a weekly basis.
Cooking Class
Cooking with kids provides practical experience with many essential skills such as reading, following directions, and measuring. Getting involved with cooking helps your child to develop fine motor skills, eye-hand coordination, and even early concepts of math and science.

Art plays an important role for development. Artistic Activities promote visual learning, motor, and social development. Using art as a vehicle for expression, our children feel effortless in their creativity.

Our Curriculum
Our curriculum is comprehensive and research based. We feature the Waldof approach of exploration and discovery as way of learning by focusing on a child's mind, spirit, soul and body. The Waldorf method of teaching is a unique educational strategy which aims to create well-rounded students through a broad curriculum, including academics, art, music education, and emotional and social education.
